Location: Alpharetta, GA Area
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite/Hybrid
Pay Scale: $40-47 Per Hour
Caseload(s): Elementary, Middle, and High School (grades K-12)
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our team in the Alpharetta, GA area. This is a full-time, onsite position for the school year. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development. We offer weekly pay, full benefits, and guaranteed hours with this position.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address behavioral, emotional, and academic issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and remedy interventions.
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding effective instructional strategies and classroom management techniques.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student evaluations, progress, and services provided.
- Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of school psychology through professional development opportunities.
- Valid GA School Psychologist license.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Previous experience as a school psychologist preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
