The Humanities Department at Perimeter College offers courses in philosophy, religious studies, humanities, speech communication, journalism, and world languages. Faculty members prepare students for their chosen fields and foster critical thinking and civic engagement.

Perimeter College seeks part-time instructors in SPEECH COMMUNICATION to contribute to teaching and student support.

• None specified.

• Minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.

• Teaching experience is preferred.

• Ability to teach Speech Communication at the collegiate level.
• Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods, relating to students and facilitating student learning.
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and teaching skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology.

• Criminal background check is required.

Classes are offered in the morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends.

$3,075.00 for each 3-semester credit hour course taught.
