Job Description

L3 Design, develop and deliver Learning and Development programmes flowing from the People and Development Strategy. Ability to plan and execute projects at a team and organizational level. Contributing to the culture, by demonstrating behavioral competencies and encouraging others to do the same. Drafting, implementing, reviewing and advising upon learning and development proposals, issues and policies

L2 Provide specialist advice on learning and development activities. Conduct training needs analysis, learning needs analysis and provide advice and training options to managers and staff. Review existing learning material and ensure it meets the current needs of the organization. Innovative and effective programmes are developed to deal with a range of learning and development situations.

L1 Feedback from learners is that their training reflects the intended practice, and enhances service quality. Managers are provided with timely and high quality advice and tools to assist with needs analysis and specialist development situations. Learning material is reviewed for currency at regular intervals. Identifying trends, tools and technology that support learning and development for a wide range of staff.

Design and develop quality learning content, materials and resources (including e-learning).

Qualification

Diploma level qualification in HR or Learning and Development related discipline. Specific training in adult learning styles. SAP Enable Now training tool implementation/certification

Experience (as applicable to level)

At least seven years relevant experience in delivery of Learning and Development initiatives. Demonstrated knowledge of Learning and Development delivery and channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sound planning and project management skills. Understanding of e-learning theories. Understanding of Leaning Management Systems, succession planning, talent development and organisational development models and strategies.
