This position is available on a part-time fixed-term contract from September 7 to October 3, 2026.

Every day, you:

• accompany the children in care and key times of the day,
• ensure their physical and emotional safety,
• observe the children to better understand their needs,
• participate in their development through adapted activities,
• contribute to the organization of the daily routine of the section,
• work as a team to ensure quality care for children and families.

At Babilou, observation is fully part of professional practices to best support each child and adjust practices on a daily basis.

This skill development can notably allow, in the long term, to access functions more focused on pedagogical support, the transmission of practices, or expertise paths such as the role of Expert Early Childhood Educator.

This Expert Early Childhood Educator path notably provides:

• 20 hours per month dedicated to this mission,
• and a salary increase of 200€ per month.
