Are you a School Principal, Assistant Principal, Master Teacher, Instructional Coach, or experienced school leader currently on summer break or recently retired
? Park Schools Montessori is looking for an experienced educational leader to join our team for a 30-day temporary assignment to help us prepare for the upcoming school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to use your leadership experience, collaborate with an amazing team, and help ensure a successful start for our students and staff.
- Assist in preparing the school for the new academic year
- Review and organize school operations and procedures
- Support classroom readiness and learning environments
- Help with teacher onboarding and preparation
- Review curriculum planning and classroom materials
- Assist with staff organization and scheduling
- Provide guidance on Montessori and early childhood best practices (preferred but not required)
- Help ensure compliance with licensing and school standards
- Collaborate with administration on school improvement initiatives
- Current or former School Principal
- Assistant Principal
- Master Teacher
- Academic Coach
- School Administrator
- Educational Consultant
- 5+ years of school leadership or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of school operations
- Experience supervising teachers and staff
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for supporting educators and creating high-quality learning environments
- Montessori experience is a plus, but not required
- Temporary 30-day assignment
