The Department of Economics at Morehouse College invites applications for a visiting position beginning in the Fall semester of 2026. Candidates should hold an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Economics, possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, and be committed to high‑quality teaching and stakeholder engagement.

• Research‑based M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Economics from a full‑time, accredited institution.
• Strong analytical capability, effective communication skills, and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

• Teach undergraduate courses in Economics (e.g., Statistics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics), demonstrate a commitment to high‑quality teaching and student learning outcomes.
• Develop course materials and integrate technology into instruction; provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Provide service to the department, institution, and profession; participate in committees, curriculum development, and program assessment activities; support student development initiatives and departmental programs.
• Conduct independent and collaborative research in Economics; present research findings at conferences and professional meetings.
