Job Title: Program Instructor, part-time

Reports to: School Programs Manager
Job SummaryProgram Instructors are responsible for presenting educational programs to school groups. These programs cover a wide range of science and natural history subjects, and audiences range from a few to hundreds. During school breaks, Program Instructors lead camp sessions in conjunction with other Education staff. Program Instructors report to the School Programs Manager.
Major Functions- Deliver school programs to preK-12 students visiting the Museum on field trips.
- Deliver classroom-format programs to preK-12 students as part of school outreach, including but not limited to after school programs, family science nights and more.
- Lead school break camp programming alongside full-time Education staff.
- Assist with preparations for educational programs as needed.
- Assist the Education Department with other tasks and duties as assigned.
Employment Type: Part-Time
