A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Instructional Designer
.

Full Time - Contract role

Duration: 12 Months

Location:
Atlanta, GA

As an Instructional Designer you will:

• Be designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor‑led, on‑the‑job training and e‑learning courses, using Instructional Systems Design methodology.
• Be using analysis tools to identify knowledge and skill requirements to design and develop training materials.
• Be working independently and on teams, with other designers, and facilitators, to design training material.
• Be conducting sessions with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content.
• Be conducting Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to prepare others to teach the developed material.
• Be building performance measurement tests and evaluation instruments to measure and report the effectiveness of training.
• Be identifying appropriate instructional method and observing newly implemented programs, gathering feedback from instructors and students to evaluate program content, flow and success.
• Be maintaining knowledge of current learning delivery methods and technical skills associated with training development.

• Bachelor's degree or Certification in Instructional Design, Adult Education or equivalent job experience/education.
• Experience in developing instructor led or on‑the‑job training courses and using basic analysis tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories.

Pay Range*:
Between $45.00 – $48.00 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
