Overview
Druid Hills Child Development Center (DHCDC) is seeking a warm, experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our high-quality, non-profit early learning program. The ideal candidate will have an AA or higher, strong knowledge of Infant/Toddler development, and a genuine love for nurturing and guiding our youngest learners.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
- Maintain a safe, caring environment for infants and families.
- Lead a team of caregivers and collaborate with colleagues.
- Build positive relationships with families through communication and involvement.
- Associate degree (AA) or higher.
- Strong knowledge of infant/toddler development.
- Warmth, patience, and a genuine love for nurturing young learners.
