ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver undergraduate economics courses, support student learning, develop course materials, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements and QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hour credits (or 27 quarter hours) in economics or a related teaching discipline.
Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Ability to teach economics courses at the collegiate level.
- Proficiency in using a variety of teaching methods.
- Capacity to relate to a diverse student population and facilitate learning.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology.
Criminal history check is required.
Compensation and Work HoursSalary: $3,375.00 for each 3-semester credit hour course taught.
Classes are offered in morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
