About the Job You’re Considering

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Email Campaign Program & Creative Project Manager (Traffic Manager) to oversee the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns and manage the flow of creative assets. This role acts as the central hub between marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.

Your Role
  • Manage email campaign creative production calendars across multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Coordinate project intake, prioritize requests, and allocate resources effectively
  • Traffic creative assets through the production lifecycle, ensuring timely reviews, approvals, and delivery
  • Partner with marketing, design, copy, and development teams to execute high-quality email campaigns
  • Maintain project timelines, track progress, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear status updates and managing expectations
  • Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and campaign delivery speed
  • Support testing, QA, and deployment readiness for campaigns
Your Skills and Experience
  • Experience in marketing project management, traffic management, or campaign operations
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms and creative workflows
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $43,984–$105,600. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside this range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
