• Teach in the second‑degree accelerated BSN program with a portion of time allocated for service.
• Deliver high‑quality instruction to a highly qualified student body.
• Engage in on‑campus faculty responsibilities, including curriculum development, assessment, and mentorship.
• Serve specific subject areas such as Adult Health, Mental Health, Women’s Health, or Pediatrics.

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited university or college.
• Unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
• Minimum of two years full‑time academic experience (five years preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Philosophy commensurate with Mercer University’s mission and values.

• Teaching experience in an online academic environment.
• Practice experience in psychiatric mental health and/or women’s health.
• Familiarity with CCNE accreditation standards.

Background Check:
Selection of final candidate is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.

Pay Rate:
Commensurate with experience.
