Limited-Term Instructor of Kinesiology and Health

Kinesiology & Health Professions, Perimeter College

College-wide, Atlanta, GA

• Teach a full instructional load of foundational Kinesiology and Health courses across multiple modalities (on-campus, online, simulcast).
• Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction aligned with established course learning outcomes.
• Provide academic support and mentoring to promote student success.
• Hold regular office hours and respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain current grade records within the learning management system.
• Ensure course materials are well organized, accessible, and meet established accessibility standards.
• Collaborate effectively with faculty and staff to support departmental and institutional goals.
• Submit all required university and department materials in accordance with established deadlines.

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Exercise Science or a Master’s degree with at least 18 semester or 27 quarter graduate hours in relevant coursework.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of instructional technology.
• Effective communication, organizational, and teaching skills.

• Pre‑employment criminal background check required.
• Position may require non‑standard hours, including day, evening, online, hybrid, weekend, and/or other campus locations.

10‑month salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
