We are seeking a Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform Training Specialist to support our customer's need for new knowledge. Instructional design, development, and training delivery experience is required.

You will work collaboratively with our team and customers to design, develop, and implement an interactive training curriculum and conduct engaging training sessions.

Support organizational transition from Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 online. Most specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other software as needed.

Design, develop, and deliver highly effective end-user training focused on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI as part of the Microsoft 365 suite of applications and tools. Variants of these trainings may need to be developed and delivered to better support both less-technical and more-technical audiences.

Design and create approved training curriculum, course outlines, presentation, handouts, exercises, and other required training materials as needed. Training materials must be accessibility compliant and should be constructed in a manner that can be used by students to quickly reinforce learning as needed.

Conduct recurring end-user training sessions as needed to support training needs of the organization.

Create and conduct training evaluations and surveys. Adjust future iterations of training curriculum as needed based on end-user feedback.
