The US Creative Developer will lead creative build excellence across North American client projects and collaborate with the creative manager to develop new features and improve development processes. The role supports the US creative team in ensuring best-in-class creative builds, supports the Product and Sales teams to secure new business, and contributes to the development of custom creative solutions.

• Develop custom, dynamic, and interactive advertisement builds, including asset exporting, animation conceptualization, and reformatting.
• Animate HTML5 advertisements based on design files and storyboards provided by the client or internal design team.
• Develop advertisements for CTV, OLV, Youtube, Social, DOOH, and display channels.
• Optimize advertisements to meet specifications related to KB size and animation loops for agnostic trading requirements.

• 2+ years in digital media production or relevant digital experience.
• Degree or bootcamp certification in development preferred.
• Experience in web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with platforms such as Google Web Designer, Sizmek, or Celtra.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital development skills.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe Media Encoder.
• Strong understanding of design, typography, and formatting.
• Ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect HTML5 advertisements.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads with extreme attention to detail.

Pay transparency:
For individuals assigned or hired to work in New York, a reasonable compensation range is provided. Current NY range: $65,000–$75,000; ranges outside New York may vary by location. All conversations may include approved budget and bonus/commission details. This information is provided in compliance with applicable laws.
