History Teacher

• Account for student attendance and punctuality
• Communicate responsibly with students, parents, colleagues, and school leadership
• Follows all county, state, and federal policies and procedures
• Avoids behaviors which detract from staff morale
• Works with parents/guardians in all aspects of the student’s educational program
• Perform other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator

• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited university
• Valid Georgia Teaching Certification in applicable field required, or must be eligible to hold a valid Georgia Teaching Certificate
• 0-1 year of classroom experience required
• Proven communication and instructional strategies
• Classroom management skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Demonstrates effective communication and instructional strategies while managing classroom dynamics and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Holds a valid Georgia Teaching Certification and possesses strong organizational skills to support educational programs.
