Our sister location in Atlanta, SAGE PREP is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and highly engaging Lead Toddler Teacher to join our growing team. As a boutique early learning school, we believe even our youngest scholars thrive when provided with high expectations, meaningful instruction, hands‑on exploration, and opportunities to think, communicate, and create every day.
Our classrooms are joyful, energetic, and filled with discovery. Through intentional instruction, engaging projects, rich conversations, music, movement, literacy, and age‑appropriate learning experiences, our scholars develop the confidence and skills that prepare them for lifelong success.
What You'll Do- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where scholars feel loved, respected, and encouraged to learn.
- Deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that promote early literacy, language, mathematics, science, creativity, and social‑emotional growth.
- Guide scholars through engaging projects and meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
- Foster independence, confidence, communication, and positive classroom habits.
- Observe and celebrate each scholar's growth while supporting individual developmental milestones.
- Build strong relationships with families through positive communication and partnership.
- Maintain a well‑organized classroom that reflects excellence in learning and safety.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to provide an exceptional educational experience.
