As a Caseload Manager, you'll coordinate program activities at partner school sites, maintain student portfolios, facilitate workshops and boot camps, and collect data to track student outcomes. We are looking for individuals who genuinely love working with young people.
A background in education, social services, or community organizing is a plus, and having understand how confusing and high-stakes the college access process can feel for first-generation students and their families.
- Lead projects and lead brain-storming sessions along with collaborating with other team members
- Communicate with partner organizations, vendors, and sponsors
- Coordinate TSA curriculum at assigned partner site
- Maintain student portfolios and online student profiles
- Collect data and reporting outcomes to share with partner organizations and stakeholders
- Coordinate school supports such as boot camps, scholarship lunches, and workshops
- Train students and identified school staff on how to use the Virtual Scholarship Center (training provided)
- Train and support TSA staff and volunteers on TSA program implementation
- Support/monitor reporting and tracking of TSA data and evaluation processes with executive leadership
- Recruit and train Scholarship Academy ambassadors and volunteers to assist with providing core curriculum modules and serving as scholarship mentors
- Demonstrated ability to lead effective teams
- Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve/manage conflicts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Problem solve and resolve conflicts
- Pass all required criminal history checks
- Experience/knowledge in financial aid
- Experiences with working and interactive with high school student
- Being able to plan events and execute events with timelines
