Position:
Primary Guide

Earn up to $60,000 annually

$250 Signing Bonus

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Teaching certification preferred
• Montessori Certification is a plus, but not required
• Experience in a Montessori classroom is a plus
• If you're not Montessori Certified but have Montessori experience, we encourage you to apply!
• Passion for child-centered, hands-on learning
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Creative, patient, nurturing, and collaborative
• Spanish-speaking is desired, but not required

• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, organized Montessori learning environment
• Guide children through individualized, hands‑on learning experiences
• Foster independence, confidence, and respect
• Observe and document student progress
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication
• Collaborate with fellow Guides and school leadership
