Job Description & How to Apply Below

Great Many is the modern hair growth studio — where to go for your hair to grow. Hair loss is personal: it affects people across gender, age, and background, and for most, it impacts confidence, identity, and is something they've quietly struggled with for years, often alone.

We built Great Many to close a gap that’s always existed. On one side: a sea of ineffective products, impersonal telemedicine, and expensive offices that treat hair loss as an afterthought. On the other: a place designed to do one thing exceptionally well. Expert clinicians. Real conversation and compassion. Clinically-backed treatments. Access to prescriptions, supplements, and the at-home, day-to-day support that keeps it We are high-touch, hospitality-forward hair growth without surgery or downtime – just results.

Currently, we are three studios in — New York, Washington DC, and Atlanta — with more in development as we scale toward a national footprint. We’re venture-backed If you've spent your career in startups and want to bring that operating discipline to a category that's personal, physical, and finally getting the marketing sophistication it deserves — this is that chance.

THE ROLE

This person owns growth at Great Many, start to finish, online and offline. The whole path from someone's first impression of us to the day they've been a client for two years.

Hair loss solutions aren't bought on impulse. Most of our clients sat with the decision for a year or more before they ever filled out a form. Whoever takes this needs to understand that kind of decision-making as well as they understand an ads manager or lifecycle flows.

You're inheriting what we built ourselves, without anyone dedicated to marketing until now. Some of it is solid and should stay exactly as it is. Some of it is held together by habit. Part of the job is knowing the difference. Brand, creative production, and partnerships will remain with founders –everything measurable in between is yours. You will have cross-functional support from the Co-Founders, Engineers, People/Talent and the field teams.

WHAT

YOU'LL OWN Before the customer know us

You’ll fully own paid media strategy, budget, and execution. You set the testing agenda and brief creative needs, optimize existing channels and test new ones.

The moment the customer land

Every landing page, quiz, and booking flow on our website is yours to build and rebuild. You'll know when someone's ready to book right now, and when they need one more piece of reassurance first, a before-and-after, a plain explanation of what PRP actually involves. Getting that moment right is most of the job.

The gap between interest and action

A lead is nothing until someone's sitting across from a clinician or speaking on the phone with one of our specialists. You own how fast our phone team calls, what they say, and what happens if someone doesn't pick up the first time. This is where most businesses quietly lose people.

After the customer book, and after they leave

Welcome series, pre-consultation nurture, what we send after a first treatment, what we send if someone's gone quiet for two months, and the digital side of referral, what we send someone the moment they've told a friend about us. Our full lifecycle marketing engine is yours end to end: strategy, segmentation, creation..

The long middle

Hair growth takes months, and the waiting is the hardest part for a client. This is retention work: you build what keeps someone engaged between their second visit and their tenth, in the studio and outside it.

When we open a new door

Wherever comes next: you own getting a new studio out of the gate stronger than the last. Local search and our Google listing dialed in from day one, a launch offer that gets people in the door, paid media targeted to that neighborhood before the paint's dry. A studio's first few months set the tone for years.

Beyond the ad account

We want someone who will think creatively about new channels, new opportunities, and new ways to grow the brand, whether online or offline.
