Associate Teacher, Primary School

• Support daily instruction by reinforcing the lead teacher's lesson plans
• Lead small groups and provide one-on-one support to scholars
• Assist with classroom management and reinforce consistent routines
• Track student progress and communicate observations to the lead teacher
• Support scholars with lifework, transitions, and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, instructional coaches, and school staff
• Communicate positively and professionally with families when needed
• Participate in professional learning, school events, and traditions

• Experience working with elementary-aged scholars (classroom, tutoring, childcare, or similar)
• Ability to support classroom management and follow instructional guidance
• Commitment to high expectations and equity for all scholars
• Associate's degree required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Teaching certification or paraprofessional license is a plus but not required

Demonstrates the ability to support classroom management and reinforce instructional guidance while fostering a positive learning environment for elementary-aged scholars. Engages in collaboration with teachers and staff to track student progress and communicate effectively with families.
