The Office of Student Achievement (OSA), a unit of the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success (OUESS), leads the development of programs, tools, research, and strategies that support the success of transfer, second-year, and continuing students. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Ignite Summer Launch Program.

Note on Working Time

This position must be available to work standard GT business hours M-F, 8-5 (or 7-4 or 9-6), as well as some evenings as weekends based on student programs and with advanced notice. We are looking for hardworking professionals who are dedicated to undergraduate education and make students the top priority to join our organization of talented, energetic, and creative team members.

Job Summary

Provide promotional, administrative, performance assessment, and financial/accounting services in support of assigned program(s) within a research center, academic unit, or other campus units of a school. These functions may encompass a variety of activities related to program success including coordination of program marketing, program administration, program operations, and program development. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: research, academic and administrative management and staff with a school or center and across campus, vendors and sponsors.
