The Marketing Area consists of eight tenure-track faculty members. In addition to Ajay Kohli, former Editor of the Journal of Marketing, the faculty includes current and former Associate Editors at the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Research in Marketing, and Journal of Consumer Psychology. Faculty members have diverse backgrounds and pursue a variety of research interests, with a particular focus on the intersection of marketing and technology.

Job SummaryThe Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia seeks applications to fill a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Marketing area.
The primary duties will be to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, conduct impactful research, and provide service to the College, the Institute, and the profession.
Required QualificationsThe minimum requirements are a Ph.D. in Marketing or related areas (candidates must have their Ph.D. completed no later than their start date).
Preferred Qualifications Student Success Criteria- The ability to teach and mentor a diverse student body
- The ability to design and teach curricula that are responsive to a diverse student body
- The ability to adopt teaching strategies that support the learning and success of all students
- The ability to engage students in experiential learning activities and pedagogy that support success
