School Director, Atlanta

TALK Schools is an accredited educational institute operating since 1996. We teach English and Professional Development programs to international adult students. We are seeking an experienced, high-energy School Director for our Atlanta school.

Including but not limited to.

• Opening and operating the school according to the policies and procedures as written in the Policies and Procedures manual of TALK Schools;
• Promoting and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to a pleasant work environment for employees and a pleasant study environment for students;
• Function as the liaison between TALK and the facilities manager;
• Developing and implementing customer service and public relation/promotional activities that will result in growth at the school from the local direct market;
• Overseeing all Programs offered by TALK Schools and associated entities;
• Manage the academic delivery of all programs ensuring quality and TALK academic policies;
• Keeping informed as Designated School Official of regulatory requirements and policies and ensuring that the school complies with and is following related TALK procedures;
• Manage all aspects of the school budget, expenses and onsite sales to ensure proper expense management and revenue growth;
• All other functions and duties as assigned by supervisor and that promote the business and goodwill of TALK and subsidiaries.

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 5 years of experience in Industry
