Pointes Church is a non-denominational church that is rooted in the authority of Scripture. It seeks to be a church that can reach and bring back home the many Asian American/Third Culture people within the metro-Atlanta area who are not in Christ, not in church, or not in community with the grace-filled message of Jesus Christ.
Pointes (40%). Ensure that people at 4
Pointes feel seen, known, and shepherded. Cultivate a culture where care is not merely reactive but proactive.
Pointes (30%). Cultivate and advance the overall Small Group Ministry of 4
Pointes. Discover, Raise, and Empower Small Group Leaders. Develop and empower a leadership team to share the responsibility of coaching, training, and encouraging small group leaders. Develop a clear leadership pipeline from small group member to apprentice to group leader to coach.
Pointes and meaningfully follow up with them. Lead and train the Connection Team so that it can warmly welcome guests to 4
Pointes and meaningfully follow up with them.
- Master of Divinity or equivalent from an accredited seminary.
- Life is consistent with what is laid out in 1 Timothy and Titus.
- Salary in the 50th to 75th percentile based on
