WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN ENERGY AUDITOR - HOME INSPECTOR
- Conduct thorough energy audits using BPI methodology.
- Perform comprehensive home inspections.
- Utilize and maintain a thorough understanding of blower door and other equipment used in the auditing process.
- Interact with customers and clearly communicate the work being done in their home.
- Manage projects and jobs from start to finish.
- Conduct post-work home inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

- Experience in residential construction, home inspections, or conducting energy audits
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong analytical and communication experience
- Project/client management experience
- Ability to work with clients
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
- Ability to travel around the greater Atlanta area
Preferred Qualifications
- BPI certification
- Experience with BPI audits and BPI training
- Familiarity with project and team management in a field/construction setting
- Experience working in homes and interacting with homeowners
- Construction or related experience
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
