Energy Auditor - Inspector

• Energy Audits: Conduct thorough audits and post-work home inspections to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Equipment Expertise: Use and maintain a deep understanding of blower door and other equipment used in the auditing process.
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with homeowners about the work being done in their homes.
• Project Management: Manage projects and jobs efficiently from start to finish.

• Experience in residential construction, home inspections, or conducting energy audits
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Strong analytical and communication experience
• Project/client management experience
• Ability to work with clients
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
• Ability to travel around the greater Atlanta area

• BPI certification
• Experience with BPI audits and BPI training
• Familiarity with project and team management in a field/construction setting
• Experience working in homes and interacting with homeowners
• Construction or related experience

As our Energy Auditor - Inspector, you will work an 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday schedule.

We are pleased to offer a competitive base salary plus commission, ranging from $65,000 to $80,000. In addition to a great salary, we provide bonuses, education assistance, and opportunities for growth!
