E2 Optics is a woman‑owned technology integrator at the forefront of the data center revolution, providing cutting‑edge systems for AI and cloud computing. We’re looking for a Safety Coordinator to help shape a culture of prevention and compliance at our customer sites.
What You’ll Do- Safety is E2 Optics’ number one core value. All employees must follow safe work practices and adhere to company and client work‑site policies.
- Provide safety and health training, instruction, and coaching to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
- Assist the Safety Manager with incident and accident investigations, documentation, problem‑solving, and implementation of countermeasures.
- Conduct and/or participate in safety audits to review practices and records, ensuring compliance with H&S programs and OSHA regulations.
- Track, trend, and drive structured problem‑solving for recurring safety issues that impede performance targets.
- Travel: minimal overnight travel (5%); will travel as required by E2 Optics.
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of occupational health and safety experience in a construction environment.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Ability to positively influence and encourage others.

The role is based in an indoor office and construction site. Duties include frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders to 20 ft., and operating equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts.
