The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for on-site servicing of Mizuho OSI products across the United States. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical surgical tables and related equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
You will work directly with customers, document service activities, create accurate quotes, and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing when issues arise.
