Our client, a leader in critical infrastructure and data center operations, is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer
- Electrical 3 to join their dedicated team. As a CE Facility Support Engineer
- Electrical 3, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Support Department, supporting a team committed to maintaining high standards of electrical safety, reliability, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
Atlanta, GA
Pay Range: $43 - $48/hour + Benefits & PTO
Day Shift A: 12-hrs (Sun-Wed) & (Sun-Tue)
Day Shift B: 12-hrs (Thu-Sat)
What's the Job?
- Support electrical infrastructures across multiple data center facilities, ensuring operational reliability and safety.
- Assist with building management systems (EPMS) and electrical power distribution units (PDUs).
- Perform critical load testing, power panel shutdowns, and master controller replacements as needed.
- Support electrical shutdown procedures, including remote power panel (RPP) shutdowns and power interruption testing (PIT).
- Maintain compliance with electrical codes and safety standards, including OSHA and NFPA 70E certifications.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with electrical systems in high-availability environments such as data centers, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure.
- Experience supporting electrical infrastructure, building management systems, and power distribution equipment.
- Qualified Electrical Worker certification and OSHA or NFPA 70E certification required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, and on-site work at the Lithia Springs Campus.
