Senior Electrical Commissioning Agent

Salary: Up to $140,000

• Lead project and client management for commissioning projects
• Oversee internal commissioning operations, including staff scheduling and resource management
• Manage and supervise commissioning activities across multiple active job sites
• Maintain quality control standards across all commissioning services
• Collaborate with design teams to support Electrical and HVAC services, particularly in controls and Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) areas

• Strong desire for continuous learning and career advancement in commissioning and controls
• Proven project management skills with attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, self-manage workload, and lead teams
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Electrical and HVAC systems and their associated controls

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing large-scale commissioning or retro-commissioning projects
• Expertise in TAB and/or HVAC controls strongly preferred
• Experience using commissioning project management software preferred
• Background in HVAC or electrical systems engineering beneficial
