To provide technical quality support to all departments and ensure components and materials achieve the required quality level in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Continuously improve service levels by identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.

• Conduct audits, inclusive of supplier/production/process, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
• Flexible to travel; nights away from home occasionally required.
• Assist day‑to‑day activities of the QC team.
• Manage the calibration process/database, including measuring, assembly, and testing equipment.
• Participate in developing internal and supplier processes; implement quality control plans inhouse and at supplier locations.
• Submit PPAP documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions leading into product and process improvements.
• Support all departments in providing or implementing standards, processes, and systems to improve quality standards within Geiger/Miller Knoll.
• Actively support the deployment of QMS policies.

• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited program, or an associate’s/2‑year technical degree in a related field plus 3 years of applicable engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of professional engineering experience required for all candidates, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in supplier management and quality.
• Track record of at least three years in a manufacturing tier‑1 supplier organization.
• Experience using logical problem‑solving techniques in a production environment; understanding of lean techniques.
• Capable of preparing, developing, and reviewing project quality plans.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of process auditing techniques to ensure compliance with defined quality requirements.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• PPAP experience.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment and techniques.
