We are seeking a Structural Engineering Section Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities include:

• Building team expertise through recruitment, development, and training.
• Leading and mentoring staff.
• Participating in technical leadership and service development.
• Preparing structural proposals, scope development, and estimating.
• Regional/national travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS or MSCE in Structural Engineering.
• PE license required; SE preferred.
• At least 10 years of structural design experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills.
• Experience with modeling software like STAAD, Enercalc, TEDDS.
• Experience in architectural/engineering consulting.
• Commitment to our employee-owned culture.
• Local candidates preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration may be required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Active participation in our culture.
