Job Description # Sr. Estimator We’re seeking a
** Senior Estimator
** with strong mechanical and electrical expertise and proven experience in
** data center projects**. This role is pivotal in supporting pre-construction efforts and delivering accurate, competitive pricing for complex, large-scale projects.
* Develop and manage detailed pre-construction pricing reports for mission-critical facilities.
* Coordinate bids and work closely with procurement teams to ensure accurate cost analysis.
* Communicate with subcontractors across multiple markets to secure competitive rates.
* Evaluate scopes of work and confirm alignment with project requirements.
* Prepare and review comprehensive cost estimates for mechanical and electrical systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely, precise estimates.
* Hands-on experience with
** data center projects** (technical expertise required).
* Strong background in
** mechanical and electrical systems**.
* Ability to develop scopes of work and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Utility background (flexible if strong data center experience).
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 3–5 years in estimating or related roles.
* Open to Project Managers looking to transition into estimating.
