Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RF Optimization Engineer with 7-10 years of hands‑on experience in optimizing LTE and 5G networks. The ideal candidate will have in‑depth knowledge of 5G networks, including VoNR and standalone architectures, and will play a critical role in enhancing network performance through data‑driven optimization, troubleshooting, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and utilize hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize LTE and 5G network performance.
• Lead and represent the team in feature projects, new node integration, and other centralized network tasks, ensuring timely deliverables and accountability.
• Independently troubleshoot hardware and performance issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
• Support network performance by evaluating coverage gaps and identifying system performance challenges.
• Report issues clearly and promptly to appropriate engineering teams.
• Resolve customer service issues related to network performance and assist in implementing effective solutions.
• Collect and analyze drive test data to support performance evaluations and prioritize network build programs.

Must-Have

Skills:

• Deep understanding of 5G network technologies, including VoNR and standalone (SA) network architectures.
• Strong experience with DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) and in‑building coverage solutions.

Desired

Skills:

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell for automation and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in LTE and 5G network optimization and performance management.
