- 5–8 years of experience in automotive engineering, EV systems, embedded systems, or related testing roles.
- Hands on experience with EV charging testing (AC/DC) or digital/connected vehicle services.
- Familiarity with telematics, vehicle communication systems, and OTA/ECU software update workflows.
- Ability to collect and analyze vehicle and charging communication logs (CAN, PLC, etc.).
- Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Strong documentation, problem solving, and cross functional communication skills.
- Ability to work fully onsite and drive test vehicles (U.S. license required).
- Experience with public charging infrastructure and interoperability testing for BEVs.
- Understanding of ISO/SAE charging standards and protocols.
- Background in connected services, telematics backends, or charging network API interactions.
- Prior experience in automotive validation, diagnostics, or EV systems integration.
