We are partnering with a global leader in automated intralogistics and robotics to hire a Regional Maintenance Manager supporting multiple customer sites across the Atlanta region.
This role oversees a team of Maintenance and Reliability Engineers working at customer sites. You’ll serve as their technical leader, coach, and escalation resource—while helping drive reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction across advanced automation systems.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate daily work of the maintenance team across multiple sites
- Train, develop, and mentor technicians across multiple customer facilities
- Oversee maintenance performance, reporting, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct site visits (~50%) and monthly performance calls with key stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience in robotics, automation, material handling, packaging, or industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Experience leading technicians or coordinating service operations
- PLC/automation troubleshooting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, preferred
