Senior Estimator – Mission-Critical/Data Center Projects

Location: Buckhead, GA

Salary Range: $125,000–$140,000 (based on experience)

We’re seeking a Senior Estimator with strong mechanical and electrical expertise and proven experience in data center projects. This role is pivotal in supporting pre‑construction efforts and delivering accurate, competitive pricing for complex, large‑scale projects.

• Develop and manage detailed pre‑construction pricing reports for mission‑critical facilities.
• Coordinate bids and work closely with procurement teams to ensure accurate cost analysis.
• Communicate with subcontractors across multiple markets to secure competitive rates.
• Evaluate scopes of work and confirm alignment with project requirements.
• Prepare and review comprehensive cost estimates for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely, precise estimates.

• Must‑Haves:
• Hands‑on experience with data center projects (technical expertise required).
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to develop scopes of work and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
• Nice‑to‑Haves:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Utility background (flexible if strong data center experience).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in estimating or related roles.
• Open to Project Managers looking to transition into estimating.
