Project Engineer, Product Engineer

We are seeking a Product Design Engineer/Project Engineer to support the design and delivery of consumer-facing products. This role requires a rare balance of hands-on engineering execution and active project management. The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly organized, and able to communicate effectively across internal teams and international manufacturing partners.

• Design and maintain product and line extension models using Solid Works
• Own line extension projects from concept through delivery, ensuring products reach customers on time
• Apply injection molding knowledge to ensure designs are manufacturable and production-ready
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to support production planning and on-time execution
• Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to understand customer requirements, timelines, and logistics
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams
• Serve as a central point of communication between engineering, manufacturing, and commercial stakeholders

• 2–5 years of experience in product design or mechanical engineering
• Strong Solid Works experience with hands-on design responsibility
• Proven ability to balance technical engineering work with project management ownership
• Experience with injection molding processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and disciplines
• Willingness to travel internationally
