In this role, you aren't just an engineer; you are a strategic partner. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:
- Architect Complex Systems: Design and manage multiple concurrent electrical power systems for Industrial, Healthcare, and Federal projects.
- Be the Face of the Firm: Work directly with architects and owners, driving technical proposals and marketing the firm’s capabilities.
- Build a Legacy: Mentor a dedicated team of electrical professionals in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
- Model the Future: Utilize SKM or ETAP to perform deep-dive analysis and ensure compliance with high-stakes codes (NEC, IEEE, NESC).
Qualifications:

Our Client is looking for technical masters who possess a leadership mindset:
Core Requirements- Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Licensure: Active registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering
. - Experience:
10 to 15 years of consulting engineering experience, specifically in the Power Industry
. - Technical Mastery: High proficiency in SKM, ETAP, AutoCAD, and Revit
. - Sector Expertise: Proven design background in Industrial, Healthcare, Federal, or Higher Education projects.
- Experience in lighting design or specialized systems (Telecom, A/V, Cybersecurity).
- Established relationships with local Atlanta AHJs and active local industry involvement.
- Project Management certifications (PMP).
- Uncommon Compensation: A base salary of $150,000 - $160,000 + 1.0x Straight-Time OT (Paid for every billable hour).
