- Serve as a primary point of contact withthe client, GDOT, local governments, and utility partners to foster effective communication to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Plan, direct, monitor, and oversee the work of team members involved in utility coordination.
- Provide mentorship, support, and professional guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop complete utility agreement assembly packages for review and approval and ensure documentation meets required standards, guidelines, and regulatory criteria.
- Evaluate engineering drawings and estimates for compliance with rules, regulations, and utilitystandards,identify issues, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Create and manage detailed utility schedules using Primavera P6, and coordinate schedule updates with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Support the training of new Utilities Coordinators to strengthen team capabilities and share best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Analyze operations, finances, personnel needs, and resource requirements, and recommend improvements or solutions to enhance overall project efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction,Engineering,Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years' experience in successfully managing and overseeing large-scaleutilitiescoordinationconstruction projects.
- Willingto work in the office and in the field.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365(e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree inCivil
Engineering or Construction Management. - Strong networks and relationships in the GDOT and Local government utilities and transportationmarkets.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect Registration (AIA).
- Experience using current design software like Micro Station, Civil 3D or similar (used to view and revise plans as needed).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Cloud Analytics, or other dashboard KPI reporting software.
Expected Salary: $75k-$101k/year ($36-$49/hour). Lusterprovidesthe salary range that the company in good faith believes it might offer for this position based on the successful candidate’s level of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, geographic location, etc. Luster reserves the right to ultimately paymore or less than the posted range depending on circumstances not related to any status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
