As a Land Development Engineer (EIT), you will work on diverse projects, from industrial sites to multi‑family developments. This role offers a clear path to quickly progress into Project Manager, supporting the firm’s growth.
The Role- Strengthen the Land Development department.
- Drive planning, design, and delivery of projects in Atlanta.
- Manage scopes, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring compliance and technical excellence.
- Learn directly from a partner with 19+ years of experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia.
- Degree in civil engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of land development experience.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D.
- Compensation: $90,000–$110,000.
- Insurance: health, dental, vision, disability, dependent life, and accidental death coverage.
- PTO: generous holidays and vacation, with rollover options.
- 401k: 50% match up to 8%.
