Senior Controls Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced automation systems. This role offers the opportunity to spearhead complex projects, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across innovative manufacturing and automation solutions.

- Beckhoff & C# Experience OR Siemens.
- Lead the creation and implementation of custom control systems to meet unique client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
- Work directly with clients to translate operational needs into technical solutions while adhering to project constraints.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain electrical and control systems in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Contribute to process innovation, standardization, and best practices.
- Travel domestically and internationally as project requirements dictate (~20%).
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical schematics and control designs.
- Advanced proficiency in office and engineering software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team collaboration.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of safety-critical control systems, including fail-safe design and protective devices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or similar field.
- 3-5+ years of experience with industrial PLC platforms and automation control systems.
- Hands-on expertise with major PLC and HMI platforms (e.g., Beckhoff & C# Experience).
- Experience programming industrial robots and integrating machine vision systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and automated production equipment.
