• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in Windows Server, VMware virtualization, and Active Directory (AD) as primary skills.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex enterprise environments, along with additional knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
• This role requires on-site presence at the customer’s location to provide hands‑on support and collaborate closely with the client’s IT teams.

• Minimum 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies including vSphere, ESXi hosts, and vCenter Server management.
• In‑depth knowledge of Active Directory design, group policy management, DNS, DHCP, and replication.
• Experience with Windows Server versions 2012, 2016, 2019, or newer.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms, including compute, storage
  , and identity services.
• Ability to support hybrid cloud environments and integrate on‑premises infrastructure with cloud services.
• Solid understanding of virtualization best practices, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, VMware, and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with customer teams on‑site.
• Willingness to work from the customer’s location as required.

• Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Experience with automation and scripting tools like Power Shell, VMware Power
  
  CLI, or cloud automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance, and governance in virtualized and cloud environments.
