Role Snapshot:This is a mission-critical leadership hire. As the Detailing Coordinator/Detailing Manager, you will establish standards, optimize workflow, guide vendor and in-house detailers, and safeguard the accuracy of deliverables feeding into CNC and Power Fab. This role is central to margin control and production success.
What You'll Do- Establish and roll out detailing standards and QA processes that scale
- Make strategic calls on in-house vs. sublet work
- Source, select, and manage detailing vendors on complex projects
- Review drawings & models before release to production
- Ensure CNC & Power Fab deliverables meet quality and schedule targets
- Lead and mentor the in-house detailing team
- Reduce errors and exposure to costly change orders
- 8-15+ years of structural steel detailing experience
- Comfortable in a fabrication environment
- Proven track record in checking and quality assurance
Hands‑on familiarity with Power Fab - Strong communicator with experience leading teams and managing vendors
- Be a key driver in a high-growth, invest-heavy company

- Influence process design and quality from the ground up
