The Senior Electrical Engineer will work within a consulting engineering and project management context, collaborating with the business development team and discipline leads to develop technical proposals and support marketing/business development efforts. The role offers opportunities to mentor a dedicated team of engineering professionals in a collaborative multidiscipline office and to provide direct client consulting services.

• Perform the following functions:
• Design of electrical systems
• Manage and design multiple concurrent projects
• Lead design team efforts
• Manage project team for budget and schedule control
• Develop fee and qualification-based proposals
• Collaborate with architects, owners, and general contractors as part of a multidiscipline team
• Support marketing/business development activities
• Travel as required

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering (required)
• 10 to 15 years of experience
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with SKM, ETAP, or similar electrical modeling software
• Knowledge of electrical/energy codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, NESC, IESNA, IECC, etc.)
• Project Management experience and/or certifications is a plus
• Desire to lead inter-disciplinary projects and project teams
• Local AHJ experience and relationships is a plus
• Active local industry involvement is a plus

• Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate
• Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance
• Hybrid Work Schedule (subject to change)
• 401k with maximum 5% contribution matching for 9% employee contribution
