Entry Level Geologist/Hydrogeologist - Spring 2026 Your impact

We are seeking an Entry Level Geologist/Hydrogeologist to join our team in Tampa, FL;
Gainesville, FL; or Atlanta, GA.

Fieldwork responsibilities may include:

• Soil and water sampling
• Designing, performing, or overseeing soil, soil vapor, groundwater, and surface water investigations
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Technical report writing
• Participating in meetings with clients and regulators

• Travel to field sites 60-70% of the time and be willing to work in various weather conditions; build relationships, resolve conflicts, and participate in diverse teams; strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or closely related field.
• 0-2 years of experience within environmental consulting or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 60% - 70%.
• Knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office and data management software.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

• Master’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or closely related technical field.
• Professional Engineer or Geologist (P.E. or P.G.) license or ability to obtain and maintain.
• Ability to perform fieldwork and obtain/maintain 40-hr HAZWOPER certification.
• Maintain or on track to obtain or EIT.

The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $80,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
