We are seeking a Data Center Lead to spearhead the construction and operational management of our AI computing facility in Georgia. This role requires a unique blend of traditional data center MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) expertise and a deep understanding of high-density GPU architectures
. You will ensure that our infrastructure is optimized for NVIDIA H100/H200 and next-generation Blackwell systems, balancing power delivery, advanced cooling, and high-speed networking.

• Site Construction & Project Management:
  Oversee the local build-out of AI-specific data halls, ensuring compliance with local Georgia building codes and specialized high-density power requirements.
• GPU Architecture Integration:
  Design and optimize rack layouts specifically for GPU clusters (e.g., HGX/MGX). Ensure infrastructure supports NVLink and Infini Band/RoCE networking requirements.
• High-Density Power & Cooling:
  Manage power densities of 40kW-60kW+ per rack
  . Supervise the installation and maintenance of Liquid Cooling (DLC) loops and high-efficiency CDU units.
• Operational Excellence:
  Lead 24/7 site operations, including preventive maintenance of UPS, generators, and CRAC/CRAH systems.
• Vendor & Utility Coordination:
  Serve as the primary contact for Georgia Power and local contractors. Manage relationships with hardware OEMs (e.g., NVIDIA, Supermicro, Vertiv).

• Experience:
  
  5-8 years in data center facilities or mission-critical infrastructure.
• GPU Expertise:
  Proven experience in deploying or maintaining GPU-based server environments
  . Understanding of the thermal and electrical profiles of NVIDIA H-series or A-series clusters is mandatory.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Deep knowledge of PDU/Busway systems, liquid-to-liquid heat exchangers, and fiber optic cabling for high-speed AI backplanes.
• Education:
  
  B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong problem-solving skills within a fast-paced, publicly traded company environment.
