Step Into the Driver’s Seat of Atlanta’s Water Infrastructure Boom

We’re hiring on behalf of a top-ranked heavy civil contractor delivering complex water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects across Georgia and the Southeast. With IIJA and ARPA funding fueling regional investment, this is a rare opportunity to lead high-value public works from concept to closeout — while growing your career in a future-forward firm.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead large-scale WTP, WWTP, and stormwater utility construction projects
  • Oversee all phases – preconstruction, scheduling, procurement, and delivery
  • Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and change orders with internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentor project engineers and field teams while fostering a culture of safety and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Track budgets, profitability, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Optimize operational efficiency from mobilization to final turnover
What You Bring
  • 10+ years in project management for heavy civil or water infrastructure projects
  • Direct experience working for a general contractor (contractor-side experience is essential)
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong financial, schedule, and subcontractor management skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Background in wet utilities, WWTP, WTP, stormwater, or public utility construction
  • Willingness to relocate or travel within the Southeast (relocation support available)
Why This Role?
  • Earn competitively – $140,000–$195,000/year, paid bi-weekly
  • Drive with options – Company truck or vehicle allowance + gas card
  • Recharge properly – 15+ PTO days + 8 paid holidays
  • Stay covered – Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Plan ahead – 401(k) with company match, FSA, and life/disability insurance
  • Support beyond the job – Mental health, parental leave, and commuter benefits
Why Atlanta?

The Southeast’s infrastructure market is surging, with billions in investment focused on clean water, climate resilience, and public utility transformation. Atlanta is at the heart of this growth — and this is your chance to shape it from the front line.
