Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee projects across light industrial, data centers, federal, and cold storage sectors
- Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with federal requirements, safety regulations, and technical specifications
- Manage procurement, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Drive schedule performance on fast-track, technically complex projects
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience in one or more of the following: light industrial, data centers, federal, or cold storage projects
- Familiarity with mission-critical systems, regulated environments, or temperature-controlled facilities preferred
- Experience managing complex MEP coordination and technical scopes
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Competitive base salary up to $165,000 with performance-based bonus opportunities
